Thank you for choosing The Invite Express. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and digital invitation services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
The Invite Express provides custom digital invitations and optional enhancements for weddings, birthdays, memorials, corporate events, and other special occasions.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical invitations or printed products are included unless specifically stated.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your invitation, including names, dates, venues, photographs, music, and other event details.
The Invite Express is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before design work begins.
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice until an order has been successfully placed.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
4. Design Process
Once payment has been received, your order will enter our design queue.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on workload, revisions, holidays, or customer response times.
5. Revisions
Each invitation package includes a specified number of complimentary revisions.
A revision refers to reasonable changes to the original design.
Additional revisions beyond those included with your package may incur additional charges.
Major redesign requests may be treated as a new design and quoted separately.
6. Invitation Availability
Your digital invitation will remain publicly available until approximately 21 days after your event date.
After this period:

The invitation will be unpublished.

RSVP submissions will no longer be accessible.

Your invitation and associated event information may continue to be securely stored for customer support, backups, business records, or possible future reactivation where available.
Customers who require their invitation to remain online longer should contact us before the scheduled unpublish date.
7. Intellectual Property
All invitation layouts, graphics, animations, code, templates, and original design work created by The Invite Express remain the intellectual property of The Invite Express unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers retain ownership of the photographs, videos, music, and other personal content they provide.
8. Customer Content
By uploading photographs, music, videos, logos, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.
The Invite Express is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted materials.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot generally be refunded once design work has commenced.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable services, The Invite Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
